Indonesia is the world’s fifth-largest contributor to ocean plastic waste, but amid this challenge, women are leading powerful local solutions. From sorting recyclables in informal sectors to founding social enterprises and educating youth, Indonesian women are making an undeniable impact on our path toward a cleaner, circular future.
