Bali Project
In partnership with ecoBali Recycling, the Bali Project focuses on addressing the island’s plastic waste crisis through responsible waste management and inclusive community efforts. As Bali grows as a global tourist destination, this initiative ensures sustainability stays at the forefront of development.

The project strengthens waste collection and segregation systems, improving how plastic is recovered, processed, and kept out of landfills and the ocean. With ecoBali’s support, more communities adopt structured recycling practices, and local waste workers gain access to better tools and training. This creates a cleaner environment and supports a more circular approach to plastic use.
Education plays a key role. Through school programs, workshops, and public campaigns, the project encourages residents and businesses to shift toward sustainable habits. Youth engagement is especially central with hands-on activities designed to empower the next generation of environmental changemakers.
At the policy level, the project supports local efforts to reduce single-use plastics, especially in schools and government offices. By aligning community action with regulatory change, Bali sets the foundation for a greener, more sustainable future.
This ongoing collaboration with ecoBali not only supports Bali’s environmental goals but also builds a replicable model that inspires action across other islands and regions.
